Hi there Great news, coming on the back of the iPhone releases of other gamebooks such as the Fighting Fantasy series, Fabled Lands, and Tinman's Gamebook Adventures. There's definitely a market out there. Can I ask what source you will be using for the iPhone editions? Will they be based on the Project Aon editions, or will they be based on the Mongoose re-releases (and if so, will they also include the special mini-adventures that come with the Mongoose editions)? Inquiring minds would like to know!

That is a great question. The iPhone version of Lone Wolf will be based on the Project Aon editions with plans of adding the mini adventures in a later free update.
Please keep the questions and comments coming! We really want to work closely with the fans and community as we continue working on making the best possible experience you can have on your mobile device!

Hi I am sure this is covered, but one has to ask this for completion Has Joe directly authorised use of the Project Aon editions on the iPhone? I only ask because I'm kind of surprised not to have heard about it if so Cheers James

Ha ha, let me answer your questions since I left it on a hook these past couple of weeks! Okay, well the app is going to be based off the Nintendo DS version of Lone Wolf with some added changes and features that will enhance the user experience and gameplay. We will release the first book in the series with plans of releasing the others one after another when they are completed. Completion for this app is expected to arrive mid to late April at the earliest. Joe Dever IS aware of us making an app on the iPhone! As for the iPad, we have some very exciting features that have plans on being implemented as soon as we can! I can't tell you about it quite yet, but the very second we hear back from them about it, I will let you know! Oh I almost forgot We are looking for 1-2 beta testers within the next few weeks to try out the app and give us some feedback . If you are interested in participating, send me an Private Message including which version of the iPhone you have and we will go from there! -Foundation Mobile-

Hi
Not to sounds like a stuck record & a wet blanket (well, why change the habbit...)
But specifically, has a license been granted to use the Project AON editions of the books in a Commercial project?
This would be very interesting news, as up to this point the AON editions have only appeared in free projects hosted off the AON site. It would open up a new door for our developers.

Well, Mongoose has based their books on the Project Aon editions. The Project Aon editions are no different that the printed ones - just better, So if someone has acquired a license to publish the Lone Wolf books in some way, that of course allows them to use the Project Aon editions as base.

@foundation Mobile:
Would you like a list of potential corrections from the text of the published book (Mongoose Publishing's Flight from the Dark)? I can provide a non-exhaustive list if that would help.
