Actually, the deathlord is also undead. The whole prelude to the combat is just so awesome . . . and then you're cursing the fact that he has freakin 60 cs. Technically, without the deathstaff, he would have 50 cs. Believe it or not, I got shamath's riddle wrong the very first time. I think of Cadak as a spoiled kid because everytime lone wolf crushes his plans, he is left cursing and vowing revenge. It's actually kind of funny. Magnaarn is just an idiot. He uses the Nyras Sceptre, even though it practically turns him into a mummy. Naar is just plain weird.

Actually, the deathlord is also undead. No, he's not undead, he's a Demonlord like Agarash and Tagazin. It's just his speciality to create undead.

For my part, I will go with Cadak : he is more multidimensionnal than the others villains, he has ambitions, he can deceive. He serves Naar, the Kunas and want to climb the evil hierarchy.
He is more than Vonotar, I see him more as a foil to Lone wolf : also Archdruid / GrandMaster of his order, servant of his god, accomplish world changing duties (plague, vashna ressurection, or combining magic), take charge after the darklords' death. He has a parallel path to lone wolf

Definitely not Lutha, after all the build up that he could potentially be a significant villain.
So after sending assassins throughout Magnamund to kill Lone Wolf, when you eventually turn up on his doorstep his goons take your regular weapons and backpack (can't have LW having that pesky Hourglass on him) but let him keep the Sommerswerd!
Even the Vassagonian goalers had the wherewithal to take EVERYTHING
