It is my sad duty to share the news that Brian Williams - illustrator for virtually all of the Lone Wolf books since The Cauldron of Fear - passed away unexpectedly on October 4, 2010. His family contacted us recently with this shocking news. We mourn the loss of this talented and generous man and have sent our deepest condolences to his family. We will be forever grateful to him for bringing Lone Wolf's adventures to life and for his generosity toward Project Aon. We have created a memorial web page in his honor with more of our thoughts: LinkMay Ishir and Kai watch over him on his final journey. -- Jonathan Blake Project Aon

Very sad. I wasn't aware of Brian's name until I first read Voyage of the Moonstone - I looked at an illustration and realized immediately it was done by a different illustrator. So, even though I hadn't been aware of the name at that time - I loved his illustrations and was able to recognize his style at first glance.

I´ve been out for a while, and i receive this news with surprise and late, i guess. But Brian is probably in a better world, now. We must go on with the legacy of people like him and in the honor to his memory.
