This is the official thread for bug reports for 1.10.0 and up.
Please include as much information about what lead up to the bug as possible, and how to reproduce it (if possible). The more details you provide, the easier it is to fix the problem!
I don't anticipate that there will be much in the way of bugs - it should be pretty stable and work well. But, if you happen to notice anything odd, let me know about it!

first: thanks for the fast work on book 10 second: I completed the lore circle of the spirit by selecting all the needed disciplines, but the bonuses are not added to CS/EP...

Great work David, Book 10 is a favorite, this be fun!! thanks Not sure it is a bug, but book 10 section 70.. I shoot and got a 4 (97% sure it was a 4) I got weaponmastery with bow so +3... no Duadon Bow or alike.. so I should get 7? still I got 8 or more option possible bug or something I missed? Running hardcore with 10SP and finished book 1-9 with it.

same again but different sections roll a 3 and have weaponmastery in bow and nothing else running hardcore...

hehe ok I was asking for this bug... Book 10 section 11... Baron destroy your weapon.... I had the Mace you find in book 5.. I didn't want to lose it so I tried to change equiped weapon etc.. didn't work... so I for "fun" tried to drop it.. it worked but now the game is locked... it wait to destroy (Delete) a weapon and I don't hold any, nor am I allowed to equip either... Will it be a fix for this is in 1.10.1 so I can keep this save game or should I restart? Maybe either block drop option at this section or allow idiots as myself to drop but then kill the character saying that since you got no weapon to defend the blow it hits you and you die ;-)

I'm guessing that you are playing on Prodigy or Hardcore or something. Only on "By-the-book" do the regular Lore-circles get figured in. You can also hover the mouse over your Combat Skill and/or Endurance scores and it will tell you all applicable bonuses, including Lore circles. Not sure it is a bug, but book 10 section 70.. Mentoras with Weaponmastery get an additional +2 bonus on any thrown or fired weapon. (P.S. if you hover the mouse over the grey "Pick" button, it will list any modifiers that were applied - try it out the next time you have a bow shot like that; you'll see the things that were added.) You can also hover the mouse over the name of your disciplines on the Action Chart to get a list of the "improvements" that apply based on your rank. Book 10 section 11... Ever hear the joke: "Hey Doctor, it hurts when I do this..." "Then don't do that." You should have been clued in by the "You can't change your equipped weapon" popup. It was designed with that scenario in mind - someone is using a nice weapon, they realize that they are about to lose it, so they quick switch to a worthless weapon before clicking the button... I don't think so! (It's like in sections where you lose Backpack Items. You cannot use any potions, etc. in your pack on those sections. Otherwise, LW says, "uh oh, I'm about to lose half my Backpack Items. Quick, drink all Healing potions..." Nope!) As to fixing the game. - Perhaps I could disable the drop button on the equipped weapon to prevent this scenario from cropping up. In the meantime... "Don't do that." (And you'll need to restart - I can't apply a retro-active fix for that one; too complex.)

I got a exception and freeze when playing on wine. I think it was a popup on the a kai discipline... I couldn't reproduce and the stack trace has no line numbers... but hey, here it is

Maybe you can recognize which function it is in your code that sdl doesn't like if you put in the 0x89b85 value in a debugger.
Anyway, one thing i've been missing is the ability to show images again if they appear during a update. Maybe add something it to the diary part of the program, where you click for it to show the image again?

Nuts - I hate non-reproducible bugs. If you really think it may have been on the pop-up of a discipline tooltip, would you let me know which disciplines you had and what rank you were? (They change dynamically based on rank to show "improvements", and that may have triggered the bug.)
As to your second question, I'm not sure what you mean. Are you talking about the illustrations? What update are your referring to? Describe what you'd like to have happen, and I'll see if I can figure it out.

Well there are many illustrations that refer to things that you'd like to see afterwards, like troop positions for instance, before and during the battle of Torgar. So maybe if a illustation appears you cold make it also appear (as a button for instance) in the diary section.
Speaking of which there is another thing i'd like related to images (most useful on maps): when the text is referring to geography and you go on to check the map, sometimes my pea sized brain forgets the whole phrase that talks about the path. As the left mouse button dismisses the map/image, couldn't you make the mouse right click button "temporarily dismiss" it so you could read the text under it?
Bug: I'm a magnakai Mentora Weaponmastery, curing, psi-screen, psi-surge, animal control, nexus and either divination, or pathmastery (i changed in between deaths, i can't remember exactly anymore).

Maybe more serious bug:
version 1.10.0, book 9, prodigy, section 218 freezes. I have neither huntmastery, nor food, when i click "eat" button, and choose "lose 3 EP", nothing happens, and I cannot continue.
Maybe this bug was introduced when you were correcting "hunting in Zaaryx" bug... and maybe the same is in all Zaaryx "hunting" sections (218, 175 and 11)...
EDIT: don't work even if I have meals... the buttons simply won't react...
EDIT2: book 10, "you have fallen" message: "... and bring Ishir herself to the brink of tears..."

(Yes, it was from my 'hunting in Zaaryx' "fix"...) sco - I cannot reproduce the crash. We'll have to chalk it up to a random bug that may or may not be wine-induced. (I don't mean that anyone involved was tipsy... I'm just talking about the emulator) As to the images thing... I wonder if it would be most helpful (and easier to implement) if I were to allow a right-click on a picture to add it to the "Notes" section. You could have a miniature picture in the "Notes" itself, that when clicked, would expand fullscreen, like clicking it in the text does.

Until the next bug-fix is released - try eating the Meal directly from your Backpack, instead of using the "eat" button in the text. That will trigger the "Have_Eaten" variable, and you can go on. (Of course, it only works if you have a Meal in your Pack!)

It seems that the bug with meals in Zaaryx is active in every section where you have to eat in there (218, 175, 11 - can't remember if there's anything else). I suppose that's already fixed, but just in case... Book 10 bug, section 263: I should be able to go to 298, but I can't...

Thanks melusca. All of the sections with Zaaryx (eating) are fixed for the next release. Section 263 - I'll fix that one, and if you can wait a few days, I'll release the first 1.10 bugfix version, and you can pick it up from there.
