The website to preorder is superraregames.com/ - preorders go up sometime on the 11th of April - if you check the site nearer the date there will probably be a countdown clock.
If you want one, be sure you order the second they're available, as these physical indie game releases are very popular and the good ones often sell out in minutes, and they don't do reprints.
