Is it cheating to roll 1D10 rather then randomly generating A 0 to 9 on The Random Number Generating Chart when they both generate the same range of numbers but I prefer to use A 1D10 because for unknown reasons I nearly always generate a high number on 1D10 but nearly always generate a low number on The Random Number Generating Chart?

Plus, if you are playing it on a public bus, it looks less weird to use the RNT than to roll a dice on the floor!
