I know it's all technically in the game books, but has anyone written out a timeline for the Darklords invasion and subsequent wars?
I'm looking for a detailed timeline showing when & where the various factions engaged in combat and took major towns & strategically important locations.

I don't think it's possible, although, IMHO what happened was that the Darklords first began their last war with an invasion by Vassagonia of Anari - the one that was foiled by Lone Wolf in bk 9.
Then, following the events of bk 10, the Darklords must have decided not to attack Sommerlund, but instead fight their way across the Stornlands - this seems to have been implied by the existence of the Slavemaster in bk 12, and the rise of Eldenora from Bk 15 onward as the main Bond villain base of Northern Magnamund. The "frightening number of countries" quote in bk 12 implies that this time it was a big, big invasion and the subsequent books suggest that it took place across both North and South Magnamund — it is very much possible that the Darklords did not throw all their forces in a suicidal attack on Sommerlund, but instead sent a few Darklords other than Gnaag out of the Darklands to assist, much in the same way they did in the first Vassagonian expedition westwards ... with Bhanar, Magador and Eldenora being the main focal points of the invasion. But it was Talestria and the Stornlands that seemed to have taken the brunt of the war, judging from Adamas' death in Bk 10 and the exposition by Rimoah in bk 12 sec 1.
Magador/Eldenora seem to be the main focal points, given their location near the Darklands. But how it can be possible for there to be Drakkarim in Bhanar, or even Vassagonia for that matter, without the Lastlanders knowing (bk 12 already suggests that the Sommlendings have a very robust intelligence network all across Magnamund, perhaps thanks to the Crystal Star Brotherhood) still beats me, trying to surpass Sommlending agents as well as run their forces all the way to Vassagonia without being seen still bothers me. I also suspect that Shadow on the Sand was inspired by watching one too many Indiana Jones films.
