Woah, 350 £ or the whole set? I remember that last week there was a package of 5 NO books and that the bids reached 300 $ (or £, I don't remember). This guy is gonna make a lot of money with that!

Wow, that is quite a deal. Heck, a year ago I probably would have paid it too! The only thing that's missing is Mydnight's Hero. ~Relenoir, whose wallet is relieved to have finished collecting the New Order series.

Amazing, isn't it? I can't imagine spending that much money on Lone Wolf though I am sure that I would if I actually had it to spare. Unfortunately right now my girlfriend and I are trying to save up money to get a place together so my Money for Lone Wolf fun gets a whopping $0 a month.

well, let me think if I should bemoan a lost opportunity:
LW 21 ebay auction, USD 100 LW22 ebay auction USD 120 LW23 ebay auction USD 55 LW24 ebay seller USD 70 LW25 ebay auction USD 60 LW26 ebay auction USD 110 LW27 internet seller USD 2.50 LW28 abebooks USD 70 __________ NO Grand Total 587.50
Ufff.... I got a better deal... Sorry to gloat, but just today my copy of LW28 arrived in the mail and I could not resist. Excepting books 21-22 and 28 (which are read and / or library copies) all others are mint. At times it pays to wait a bit and look for a used bookstore to put it online rather than go into a bidding fever.

I did even better, but haven't been able to get 22 or 27 yet. 21 = $40 23 = $30 24 = $35 25 = $30 26 autographed = $35 28 = $35

The auction ended early at £350! That's £50 PER book!! Then again, I'll just have to content myself with my own books - Legends 1/2 (same book), Lone Wolf d20 (core book) and Dawn of the Dragons (Book 18), all personally autographed by JD. I suppose that that is some *small* comfort NS.

*sigh* Is it just me or is this guy missing the point behind BOOKS?! Absolutely. That's why I don't care for E-bay, and I don't care for many E-bayers.

I happened to be out of town staying with a friend last week, and we swung by a second-hand book store... where I picked up copies of Flight From the Dark and The Caverns of Kalte in seemingly unused condition. Some people...

Tell me about it. I got Books 9 and 28 in a secondhand store. I wish I could pick up some others that way too!

I ordered most of mine through a book store that I had long been acquanted with, thus getting them for very good prices.
