Yeah, my turn to ask a LW question! Okay, an easy one: What are the names of the soldier that you free and his relatives that you meet in book 24. (I have the French version, so maybe the names aren't the same in English ) Easy? Ugh. Not for Americans, dearie. I've never even seen a physical copy of Book 24.

I heard James Earl Jones voiced Darth Vader....

The answer to my LW question was 'scarlet'. We find out in Book 21 when we meet Sergeant Dryan for the first time.

That sounds very interesting. Care to elaborate on the system at all, or did you not play them? You didn't actually choose which character you controlled - rather, each section of the book had a letter and a number identifying it. The number worked as you'd expect, while the letter indicated which character you were playing at that time. IIRC you played Nightcrawler, Wolverine, Storm and Rogue. Google for it, you might turn up more info.

Easy, the prisoner is Rouf, he is a mercenary from Casiorn, his regiment is from Suentina. As for relatives there is Uncle Prizo and Aunt Fie.( I hpoe these are the same as yours)

Nope, that's not the names that I have in my translation, but I will give you the right to ask a Lone Wolf question now since there's a good chance that nobody will come up with the answer that I have (except if they have the same version than me).
The names in the French version are Rufus and his uncle Philo and his aunt Xera (Philo+Xera= philoxera, the French translation of phylloxera, a "small, sap-eating, greenish insect, closely related to the aphid" - Yahoo! Encyclopedia)
Alright runeheart, it's your turn.

I think I know, Runeheart, except both leaders are dead--Darklords Zagarna and Slûtar.

You are correct, it was a bit of a sly question because both are dead, I was wondering if anyone was going to nominate Cadek as his is the big confrontation of the book. Both of them were Darklords of Kaag, as shown by the Favorite Darklord Thread. Who's next??

Technically of course they are not only Darklords, but also technically they were. Seeing as they are dead now, it has to be in the past tense!

I understand the technically bit just fine thank you, the error would be more to do with my technical typing ability, I have edited the post as per your suggestion, Thank you again. Now, who has the next trivia question? ( If only so we can move along from my spelling foe-parr? )

My own faux pas is that I've been really very busy with PA stuff so I haven't got a trivia question yet. I'll have a think and post one later. Apologies to one and all, but when you see The Magnamund Companion you'll realise it's all been worth it.
[Is it possible for me to 'big up' this imminent release any more? Let's find out.]

OK I have a non-gamebook related trivia question, but it's not that good: - What links the TV sitcom Father Ted and the recent film adaptation of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy?
And just for good measure, a gamebook-related question too: - In which four books of the original Fighting Fantasy series (1-59) do you play a character who has a given name?
Is that fiendish enough? NS: I don't jump on spelling mistakes per se, I've just spent so long editing Lone Wolf books (the original editors should be sacked!) and reading below-par fanfiction that I can't not say something, ya'know? ;D [Edit: Hmm . . . certain things have been altered in the update.]

No clue about the Father Ted/Hitchhiker's question. I haven't seen the movie, though, as I have it on good authority that it's rubbish.
As for the FF names query, that would be...
Phantoms of Fear (Elendurin) Sky Lord (Jang Mistral) Black Vein Prophesy (Maior) Legend of Zagor (Anvar, Braxus, Stubble or Sallazar depending on who you choose to be at the start).
