Please fix release announcement

Please fix (edit) the release announcement (sticky note) it points people to www.projectaon.org/~timothy/ which is 404 (not found)

Maybe the current location is at www.projectaon.org/staff/timothy/ but that gives a 403 (Access Denied) so I guess it should point to the Book download area projectaon.org/books.htm

This would prevent newcomers (like me) to keep coming and going until you get the files itself.
