Are there any plans to add other languages to Project Aon? I have a couple of the German books (I believe books 1 & 3), and would be happy to scan them in, if it would be of some use.

Hi lonevvolf The problem is that each separate language is subject to separate copyrights. The copyright for the German editions is held by the German publishers. Similarly, the French publisher Gallimard (? I think) holds the rights for the French editions, and these are being reprinted. The German publisher may decide to reprint the books, or Mongoose might sign a deal with a German publisher to release German editions of the books. So Joe is not likely to give the go-ahead for German--or any other language--translations of Project Aon until the situation becomes more clear, and that could take a few years. Additionally, Project Aon (English) still has loads of books to get online: FW1-4 and LW19-28, and Joe would seem to prefer us to get the majority of those online first before granting rights for any other languages. We're definitely appreciative of the offer, though. If you feel you can help work on the English editions, please join the mailing list. It's a bit dead at the moment, because Jon is very busy with various things, but once he's finalised and released Highway Holocaust (and it is so close to being released!) we'll be working on Book 19, which will need some heavy-duty editing!
