The lock-puzzle from section 181 is repeated in section 319. Unfortunately, the supposed answer to the puzzle is not the same as the one from 181.

This should be in the error forums, I think.

I guess Zipp is right, so maybe someone could move this topic to the appropriate place (or should it be deleted and re-started elsewhere)? On the issue: I just checked the book and it seems the illustration at Section 319 is incorrect. There should be one with numbers 273 - 81 - 27 - 9 - _ (at least that's how it is in the Czech edition, so I hope it's not messed up). But the correct answer (Section 3) seems to confirm that - 'door, forged of Kagonite' is mentioned in both sections (319 and 3). You can get to the same place from Section 127 which is very similar to Section 319 (though the puzzle is a bit different).

Ha! It worked--I actually moved a thread for the first time ever! Yes, we cottoned on to this very annoying oversight some time ago. This will definitely be fixed when we re-release the book. You can get a look at the proper picture by editing the address bar to delete htm and replace it with gif. Et voila: Section 319 lock image.
