PA license and unreleased books

Hi!

I've started to work on the second Freeway warrior book Slaughter Mountain Run. It's not yet released by PA, nor are the 3rd and 4th ones, and I couldn't find any official images for those. My question is, are these materials (text and image) already under the PA license? For example, if I get the plain text from your test area and get the pictures from whatever source I can acquire them, can I use them in my program and put these on the PA server for players to download?

If you read the license carefully you'll find that yes, all Freeway Warrior books including illustrations are covered by the license!
