I used to love the lone wolf books, and got a little bit too excited when I found that some wonderful people had put a program together for mac/pc/linux. The only trouble is, I havn't found anywhere on the site that mentions what version of OS X seventh sense 1.5.4 is compatible with. I'm running OS X 10.4.11 (intel) and every time I click the lone wolf icon (which I assume performs an install) absolutely nothing happens. I have tried adding the library files listed in the readme.txt but still nothing. I have tried looking at the package contents, and found a lone wolf file, that when clicked, opens terminal, and give the message "Library not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libcurl.4.dylib Referenced from: /Volumes/Seventh Sense/LoneWolf.app/Contents/MacOS/LoneWolf Reason: Incompatible library version: LoneWolf requires version 6.0.0 or later, but libcurl.4.dylib provides version 5.0.0" I have checked the version of libcurl on my mac and it only has libcurl.3.dylib installed. I can only assume that libcurl.4.dylib is part of the leopard and snow leopard updates to the OS. Of cause I am just poking around on my laptop trying to get it to work, but would really like some help/answers from people who know these things. Thanks in advance.

Looking at this quote from Evan E in the 1.5.4 Mac users thread stickied at the top of this forum: Right, that fixed it - as soon as I upgraded to OS X 10.6, Lone Wolf ran perfectly. Updated to 10.6.4, the most current version, and it still works, so I think it's reasonably safe to say that Seventh Sense runs in Snow Leopard but not in previous OSes. One thing that isn't correct in the instructions for the Macintosh fix - the Seventh Sense folder is created in a user's Documents folder, not the User folder itself. So that older copy of book 1 goes in: [Hard drive]->Users->[UserName]->Documents->Seventh Sense->data->books->book1 I'm really, really impressed at the thought that went into the interface for this app. It really is an impressive labor of love. Thanks much! I think it's safe to say that 10.6 may be the minimum version required for the binary package. However, if you have any experience with compiling code, you may be able to get the program to compile and run on an older version (like 10.4). I don't really know, though, since I don't have a Mac, or the ability to compile for the Mac. My Mac package maintainer is even busier than I am!
