Hey guys, just picking up K of T again after a week. Realized that whenever I played this one, I always went for the bow, never saw what the other paths did to me. Tried one out this time, and, of course, stopped to read some of the other paths. Came across the one where you kill a girl disguised as a Drakkarim. Lone Wolf says her face is slightly familiar and you can pick up a silver brooch which I'm sure can be used later to identify her.
But, skipping that, who is she? Anyone know? Just story curious.

Ah, wait. It's Arla, Roark's sister. I always wondered what that passage meant when I would check it out in earlier days. Kay, question answered. You know, that path would make more sense, too. I mean, it's not every day someone goes beserk and calls upon a god of destruction. Don't you fight Roark and Tagazin later on, too? In a forest or something?

Of course, in the Legends novelisation The Lorestone of Varetta, Lone Wolf wins the Silver Bow of Duadon and meets Arla. The sneaky, gestalt-entity obsessed little cheat!

I should be reading this one this week or next weekend. I just read the first five books this weekend, for the first time in probably over ten years! ;D Ah, good memories. Got lucky with my initial stats too, rolled two 8's on the first try.

Don't you fight Roark and Tagazin later on, too? In a forest or something? Yes, you meet them twice each in other books: first in the same Magnakai book (I won't tell you which), and then you meet them separately in two different books of the GM series that are yet to be published on PA.

You see, if I remember correctly, it was a female bandit using the +10 Slingshot and so . . . oh, I can't be arsed. I'm sure everyone can fill in my opinion of Grant/Barnett and his strange mother-fixation.
