I was wondering if the books are compatible on the ipad. I tried looking through the forums but was surprised to find nothing about it. Will they work in one of the various readers or in the browser? Has anyone gotten them to work?
thanks,
ns

To read the HTML version on Safari on iPad should work of course, or do you mean the stat keepers or the more advanced clients?

Well, I didn't know if something was in the works for one of the reader applications that are available.
I just downloaded the books to my computer but am having trouble opening them. I'm on a mac. I can get to the files but all I can find is a file and having to open each individual page. Is there something I'm missing here?

offline versions I doubt, but online version is just browsing a normal web page so that works. If you want to use Seventh Sense there are Parallels and Citrix that does thinn clients whereyou can connect from your ipad to a PC... then you play on the iPad (put remotely)

I believe Seventh Sense now runs on macs. You can also download & unzip the web versions of the books - online tools such as StatsKeeper SHOULD work fine that way as they are designed to work with multiple browser clients (IIRC) - you should find all the links work fine once as they are relative links in the download packages (in theory.) An iPad-specific application is tricky unfortunately due to clashes between the Apple licenses and the AON license. I've certainly got the books up & running on Kindle - and there is (or was?) a Kindle client for iPad. That doesn't have automated stat functionality though.

Hi,
first of all: Thanks for your work!
What I wanted to ask: The first book ist downloadable on your site as PDF. The others are not, as far as I inderstood. Why is that? I would love to have alle the books as PDFs. Is there a location, where i can download them perhaps?
Greetings from Germany SenT

Hi senT
The PDF situation is not straightforward as each book requires a lot of tweaking to get pages correct (for example, to avoid having the section number at the bottom of a page and the text starting on the following page). This means they take a long time to get right. We do hope to get other books available as PDFs in the near future, though.
