Facebook?
Why bother?
BTW I did notice at the top of the screen shot there were buttons to go forward and back... is that the other surprise, or is it just for testing/development?

Hey Gazguz I thought being able to publish your advancement in the adventures would be a nice addition, in this era in which we are almost surrounded by social networks This isn't however required in order to play the game and all the books, just a little extra that will maybe attract more (new or old) players to the world of Lone Wolf You have a very keen eye indeed, but those two buttons are only used in debugging mode... It is how I made sure that every section does indeed work, since playing through the game in all the possible scenarios and sequences would be crazy to say the least You should have a look at the debugging Options menu, where I can do just about anything, from adding objects to modifying discplines, and even deciding the outcome of RNT's choices GDV

Great news from the development: version 0.97 has just been published!!!! This new update features a new "food eating" system, where it's up to the player to choose which food to eat (or to skip). Facebook integration has been added in order to let players share their progresses throughout the books on the social network! Last, but not least, this update features not just one, but two new books: both "The Chasm of Doom" and "Shadow on the Sand" have been added to the game, so the Kai series is now complete!! Hope you will enjoy it (and there won't be any major bugs) Kind regards everyone!! GDV

Hi there, I've been very much enjoying playing through the first few books You should hopefully have a bunch of issue report mails from me. Some of them were my misunderstanding of the interface - but maybe these point to potential improvements. It hangs together quite well on a tablet (ASUS transformer) but with some formatting issues from time to time. J.

Hey, have enjoyed playing book 4 and book 5, but regarding the keeping things safe at the monestary... why does it not allow you to keep excess gold crowns at the monestary?

Found a serious error, I travel on my way to Ruanon and spend the night in the fortified tavern and head east to the town of Eshnar.
I go against all my feelings and enter the tavern and we are ambushed and I escape out the back.
I find the entrance to a mine... I think the entry is 123 and it offers me a chance to look at the tinderbox and torches stored near the mine entrance. The problem is that I have no room in my backpack and don't want to pick up the tinderbox or any of the torches... I want to use my firesphere to light my way yet when I go back to the page without a torch or tinderbox the option to look at the things on the ground is grayed out but the option to move forward from that page requires a burning torch so the option to continue is grayed out too so I am trapped.
BTW when I first played book 5 I remembered all my troubles in the sewers and chose to give up and escape, but when I got to the second part I realised I had no Oede to give the guy waiting to die so I stopped that game and replayed... getting Limbdeath so I could heal the Vaxelar (spelling) victim. Yeah... I am soft.

Hi Gazguz Yes, I didn't think about keeping money at the monastery I will add that in the next release (BTW, it will ve some time before I will be able to publish a serious update, as I am currently struggling between 3 different big projects at work) Regarding the second bug (Not bing able to enter the mines), please re-download the main DB and it should be fixed Kind regards, GDV

Wouldn't be the first time someones life got in the way of their hobby... I very much appreciate any effort you can spare. BTW I have come across another bug, I get into the fight with the officer on top of the watch tower in order to get a certain piece of jewelry but after I defeat him and return to the book entry none of the options are available so I am stuck. When I leave the program and restart of course I have to fight him again and the result is the same... him dead and me in limbo. I think the page entry is 77. Anyway thanks for all your efforts, it is much appreciated... you have certainly taken on a very big job.

And, after the usual long wait, a new version is available for download! Sadly, this time there are no new playable books; the new version does contain a lot of minor and major bug fixes (the dreaded chapter 299 in book 2 above all, more then 20 error reports just on this one) This new version contains a couple new features: The first is the ability to start the new book directly from the last chapter of the previous one (before, you had to press back to the main menu and then start the new book from there). The second most requested feature is that now it is finally possible to modify the choice of the last discipline (the one you choose when starting the current book): Until the next book is not started, restarting the current book will show the option to modify the last selected Discipline! I hope everybody will enjoy it I am now starting to work on the Magnakai series Good night everybody!!! GDV
