I just discovered Seventh Sense and I'm kind of obsessed with it now. I've played campaigns through the books (1-20) dozens of times (usually starting over when I die) and have spent time poring over discipline choices and calculating odds of success, etc. So Seventh Sense is definitely the thing for me, thanks for being here!
Now for a few questions...
1) I'm in between computers right now and see myself switching computers quite a few times in the coming months due to broken/replaced computers, etc. I noticed that switching a resume file will invalidate it, which is totally fine. But if I move all my data to another computer, can I start a new run there and have it qualify for the HoF? I've already unlocked a few awards and I'd hate to just waste them all.
2) When reading the FAQ, it said that you'll always be notified if your run qualifies for the HoF. I finished a BTB run with no deaths through the kai and magnakai series and have been notified each time. When I did a hardcore run with no deaths through the kai series I didn't get notified. Did I do something wrong? The only thing I can think of that I may have done to invalidate it is restarting multiple times on the first book (To get weaponskill in something decent... I never did like the randomness of that discipline). I got the award for completing books 1-5 on hardcore but not a HoF notification. Is something wrong?
3) What's the difference between a full install and a stand alone install?

Welcome aboard! (I'll get to validating your hall-of-fame submissions soon - be patient!)
answer to #1 Yes, if you start a new campaign on the new computer, you will be able to have it qualify for a Hall-of-fame. If you copy mid-run, that will invalidate that run, but once you start over, you're just fine. (And the awards/profiles are just fine if you copy them back and forth.)
answer #2 - I don't know why you didn't get notified - Dying or restarting a few times does not disqualify a run from the Hall-of-fame (though it won't have the special "no death" category). I'll check your submission soon and let you know if something was tripped along the way. It could just be a minor bug in the program that prevented you from being notified in-game.
#3 - stand along install will write and read only to the install folder, while the "full install"/regular install will write (by default) to the "User/Documents/Seventh Sense" folder, as the program itself typically resides in the protected "Program Files" folder. Stand alone install is what I use on my computer, because I'm just like that. But it's also great for installing the game on a flash-drive. You can take it from one computer to the next, without having to worry about copying saves/ invalidating hall-of-fame runs, etc.
