You can count that I will post when I get my refund. It is the only metric the fans have to figure out the delay between refunds. I'm sure that it is pretty random, but it really does boil down to some choices by Mongoose between Lone Wolf fans and other product lines.
I don't envy the situation Mongoose is in.
In any event, I will not be commiting any more funds to anything LW related, regardless of publisher, until I get my Mongoose refund. That's the situation they've put me in and I find this whole situation completely unacceptable.

You know, I have the feeling it will take longer for people who have paid in $US. If we are to get a 50% refund of 599 $US, it means we'll get 299.50 $US. Because of the current exchange rate (which is different than back in 2007), that represents ~193.21 £, which is higher than the 149.50 £ those who paid their Mega-Deal in £ are currently getting. Mongoose will have to pay more to refund American customers!

Or, they'll take the £149.50 and convert to $. Will be interesting to see which way they go. Has anyone besides me been refunded? Have you heard anything from Matt? Any kind of ETA?

randomcode - not been refunded yet (UK) but have been in communication with matt ever since was announced, am ok waiting at the mo and keeping fingers, toes and tentacles crossed ...
it is a bit of a sucky situation but i'd rather it took a while longer and mongoose didn't go bust or anything silly, they did after all do babylon 5 rpg/minis, dragon warriors reprints and lone wolf stuff, for which i am still grateful.
cheers!

No refund yet, but I've not pushed the matter aside from providing my details at the very start.

They would further tick off all people who paid in USD if they gave 50% refund to some people and sub-50% to others.

Ideally, you would be right. I wouldn't be surprised if it happened though considering what has happened so far with the refunds.

Nope. Not yet, but I'm reliably informed I'm in the queue.

Received books worth a bit more than half the store credit last Friday. And that was fairly fast actually, since it was 1-2 weeks after I messaged them which books I wanted.

I'm going to be nag-mailing Mongoose every 2 weeks for an update on my cash refund. When that doesn't work, time to escalate.

I've been waiting along with everyone else for the last three months.
I've sent numerous emails during this time period and the replies I've received ask me to show a little more patience and I will eventually receive my refund, although no timescale is mentioned.
As Mongoose has my money and, it seems, has used this for other purposes, I am finding it increasingly difficult to show patience.
I know the economic climate is difficult for companies at the moment, but it is also difficult for individuals.
Does anyone know how I can escalate this matter in order to speed up the refund process?

I pretty much threatened Mongoose with legal action, marjacklu, but that may not be something everyone can do. I kept on and on at them and sent them some pretty damning emails.
Will never shop with them again, personally. Especially so seeing how the rest of you are being treated.
