So I saved my profile and games from the last time I played - my computer had to be wiped out. Now, I install to try out the GM books and ALL of my data is not recovering. I have all the files, but when I load them into SS's profiles folder, it's as if my old profiles never existed. All Accomplishments, saved games, etc - gone. Any suggestions on how to get SS to recognize my old profiles again? I'd love to recover everything...

varentai, If you backed-up the folder named "Profiles", which contains files like the following, you're okay; we can get it back: profiles.dat campaignX.dat (X = 1,2,3,4, or 5) resumeX.dat sec1-X.dat
Probably the most important of the bunch is the profiles.dat file, since that is where the various awards are kept track of.
Let me know if you do or don't have those files, and we'll go from there.
P.S. Where to put the files will depend on if you are using the "stand-alone" version of the program, or the "regular" installer version.

OK, that solved it - I was copying the profiles and saved games into the SS folder where it installed, but I located the SS folder in My Docs, copied them there, and recovered it all! Yay! Time to show those Druids who's really in charge around here...
