I ordered the books, and I have receipt numbers, but never got a confirmation email. I sent an email to the email address on the site, but did not get a response. Did anyone else get a confirmation email, or are we supposed to have gotten one at some point? I got an automated paypal response on my order, but I bought other stuff too and wanted it shipped to the same location. I pm'd superior and got a next day response. That was b4 the issue with the printers, so may get a delayed response. |

I got a very nice response from Mr. Dever. It looks like there may have been a delay via my email, perhaps, as I got the email today, but the date indicates it was sent quite a while ago.
It may have gotten stuck in the filters from the main email provider or something (it happens sometimes, I have a few friends in other nations and I occasionally have similar problems with their emails, some taking up to a week at times).
In my instance, it probably isn't the printers or anything like that, but more my email provider delaying emails to my inbox or something similar.
Hopefully everything goes well with the printers, but at least I have the pre-order, so if anything does happen further (than what has already), I can wait now (afterall, I waited for years on Mongoose, the only reason I got the mega deal was for books 29-32...and we know how that turned out...I trust how they are being worked now FAR more than what Mongoose was doing!). As long as I eventually get the books, I can wait a loooong time!
I was just worried I wouldn't be able to get my order in on time or something to that effect. I'd have hated to wait this long only to miss being able to order them! Now that I know the order is in...I'm happy. |

I got a receipt from Paypal for paying, and I've subsequently had the emails form Joe regarding the delays so I think I'm on a list somewhere (and money has gone out ...). Did you get Joe's email updates?

There was one on Wednesday updating the information about the printing, and one on Thursday that stated that the books have been printed and are expected next Wednesday (11th). |

I placed an order for this today! I think the original print run is already sold out so I guess I'll be in a waiting list for the next batch?

I got my copy in the post today - it is massive! Curious how many pages it is in total.
Has a plain cover with a dustcover on front like a retail hardback - the map is on the inside of the dustcover.

I didn't get a confirmation email either, but Joe assured me via Facebook that my receipt number was sufficient as confirmation when I asked essentially the same question.

I'd imagine much of this year will focus on getting Holmgard set up and getting Lone Wolf back into regular retail channels, apparently Amazon is very keen to have it stocked. |
