Ordering from Map of Magnamund

In late November I ordered Lone Wolf Book 29 from Map of Magnamund. I hadn't realised that it had been published earlier in the year and only found out when Joe's death was announced. After approximately 2 and a half months I haven't received my order and after 3 emails I haven't received a reply from the address given on the web site.

I payed via PayPal so I can look at asking for them to refund my money but I really want a copy of the book. Has anyone else had the same problem or ideas on how I can get hold of a copy without paying through the nose.
