Playing through book 3, I noticed a number of times where the book text said there was a special item you could take without discarding any special items if you are at the limit (such as the Baron's scroll or the riverboat tickets), but the app wouldn't let me take them until I discarded something.
Fortunately, I discovered that I was still carrying the Moonstone from the end of book 2, so I had something I could drop... "Oh, this old thing, won't be needing that *toss*"

Some other random thoughts/observations:
- I don't know how much of a change it would require to your code, but (for me at least) it would be nicer if the buttons to adjust your character stats (lose 3 endurance, gain 5 crowns, eat a meal etc) actually occurred in the middle of the flow of text, rather than having the instruction hanging over me unfulfilled until I finish reading the entire page.
- In the "Eat a meal" dialog, if you have Grand Huntsmastery, the option to lose 3 Endurance should probably be disabled.
- If you're in a "choose items" dialog and you've taken everything available, it probably shouldn't pop up a "are you sure you want to return to the section page?" confirmation when you say you're done.
- When you have the option to buy arrows, the first time the button is rendered it says "1 GOLD CROWN (n ARROWS REMAINING)", but after you've bought one it changes to "1 GOLD (n-1 ARROWS REMAINING)". The shorter form is probably fine the first time too. You could also save some space by leaving out the word ARROWS, since it's already listed as Arrows on the left hand side.
- The most common time for the app to crash for me is when I push the button when my items are being confiscated or returned, or when I'm dropping something. Sometimes when dropping things I believe the button doesn't update to a disabled state immediately, so I push it again, at which point it crashes. The app always picks up from where it left off though, and the second time the confiscate/return button works fine.
- I've had the "You have used up your 10 points of healing" message appear in a section which I started at full health. I did just heal up in the previous section though (using a button which restored 3 Endurance before proceeding). Looks like it might be using up your healing sometimes when it's not needed.
- "Mydnight's Hero" section 46: tells you to restore 3 Endurance, but there's no button to add 3 Endurance at the bottom of the page.
