It's pretty bad, unfortunately. The presenter is a 13-year-old kid with rather lackluster speaking skills. He rambles on disjointedly throughout and is wrong or has misconceptions about a lot of things in his intro to the series.

There is no new ground for us, nor did I find anything he said insightful or interesting. I wouldn't recommend spending the 40+ minutes that I did on it.

While I am glad that this kid is interested in Lone Wolf, it is a shame that the podcast isn't of higher quality. I have specifically been searching for podcasts about gamebooks and they seem to be very few and far between. This is the first Lone Wolf one I have ever encountered.
There was a podcast called Rollin' Dice that was doing a Fighting Fantasy play through but they stopped releasing new episodes part way through Citadel of Chaos. That is the only one I have found that focused much attention on gamebooks.

Haha, did you mean Fighting Fantasy? Fun fact, I was getting into the Final Fantasy series (namely FF2/4j on SNES) around the same time I was getting into Lone Wolf. But I've never read Fighting Fantasy. Apparently there are some nice-looking reader apps for some of them on mobile stores.

No, leave it be. Arguing with kids that call themselves hackers over some pedantic details of a super-niche interest probably isn't a good idea.
