If their had been a situation in Books 1 to 29 where soldiers allied to good had to work with soldiers allied to evil and/or the enemy against a common enemy would it have happened
The 2 most likely examples in my opinion of that that could have but didn't happen have been Drakkarim and Lencia Forces against The Deadlord in Book 17 or the forces attacking Tekaro and the forces defending Tekaro against A Army send by The Darklords to capture or destroy 1 or both of The Lorestone of Varetta and/or Lone Wolf during the last 20 paragraphs of Book 6 or within 2 to 4 days of the end of Book 6

It happened, sort of, for a quick moment at the beginning of Book 5, when Sommerlund and some Vassagonian men, along with the ambassador are friendly with Lone Wolf, teaching him the language, etc. I think its conceivable that some Vassagonians would fight with forces of good against the Darklords. Hard to see Darklord's direct minions (Drakkarim) allying with any one good. I think Joe wanted them seen as unequivocally evil.I could also see traditional non-darklord enemies teaming up against Cener Druids, though I don't think that happened in Plague Lords, or any other book.
Other antagonists I could see switch sides would be Ice Barbarians of Kalte. It would be cool to see some sort of raid by them against the northern coasts of the Darklands, perhaps aided by Anskaverns. But this is all conjectural--nothing like that in the books!
