Hello, thank you for the acceptance on the forum. I apologize in advance if by chance some sentence will not be clear, but not knowing English very well I am relying on google translator. For some time now, like others before me, I have been developing a book in digital format and intended for a smartphone or tablet (android) that tells the story of the first book of Lone Wolf (The Lords of Darkness) as a tribute to Joe Dever (I am from always been a fan of his adventures since he was a child). This type of app is structured differently from the librigame in digital format currently available on the playstore and has been designed as a tale of crossroads but without the indication of the number of paragraphs. I have digitally reproduced an automatic combat system and I have also included a tutorial for those who do not remember or do not know the rules. The software used to create the game is not one of those that are conventionally used for this kind of games. The black background interface with the various parameters on the left is somewhat reminiscent of the text adventures of the past (to be clear those that were played in the DOS environment). The text and images were taken from the book that was published (if I am not mistaken in 1985) by Edizioni E. Elle. The project for the moment is localized only in Italian (quite requested by lovers of the genre). What I wanted to know is how I can publish this app, once it is completed, on the platform of the playstore (as others have done before me in English) without violating any copyright and therefore in full rule. At the moment I am waiting for an e-mail reply from Raven Distribution (in the hope they gave my e-mail address) for additional information. Thank you very much for your attention. If by chance there was some Italian user who is reading my message I kindly ask if he can answer in my language. Thank you.

As far as I know, project aon is not licensed in Italian. That's the reason why you don't find the apps with Italian translation: it is not free content. I think you have to ask to the owner of these rights, which should be Ben Denver. I'm from Italy BTW. I would love to see your app and I would also pay a reasonable price for it in the playstore.

Thanks Kai Lord, just a few hours ago they sent me explanations also via e-mail. I would love to make all lovers of the genre happy. Unfortunately, as you yourself confirm, there is no authorization to locate in Italian. In a forum they advised me to send a request to Raven Distributions and this morning I sent an email. For now I have not received a reply. We will see in the coming days.

Although I cannot publish it, I would still like to show it to you in a video just to get some opinions. I thought of converting it to English in the future. At the time, I was also thinking of creating a game book inspired by the D&D 5E rules. I hope not to violate any forum rules by linking the video (www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4tIVxJ80nk).

I saw the video on YouTube. Nice work, but the text is in Italian language... I believe that if you want to publish it, you have to ask/pay for the rights or use the project aon license (only English version). About the interface, I would prefer if it shows the results of the table of destiny during combat and it tracks the progress, not just the combat phase.

Thank you so much for the advice. Entering the values of the destiny table even in combat is certainly feasible and I could give the player the opportunity to choose the mode he prefers. Surely the conversion to English will be necessary. I'm glad you like it

This morning I started with the conversion of the various texts in the original language (therefore based on the version published freely on the projectaon.org website). I am applying some improvements and I have decided, just to stay as faithful as possible to the original work, to insert the number of sections as if you were reading a book-game in all respects (for all the rest I will leave the unchanged app. I will show the player during the automatic fights also the values extracted from the Destiny Table. If interested in what I am doing leave a comment either here or on my YouTube channel! I hope the initiative is appreciated.

The first idea that came to my mind when having a look at the video on Youtube would be to use numerical indicators for Endurance, Combat Skill and Golden Crowns (and Experience, but I don't know how that would be used in the Lone Wolf game-book format), while using black and white or colored indicators to show which Kai Disciplines have been selected and which haven't. If you need the texts for each section (and the various choices) already in a Database format, you can find them at my staff profile where Lone Wolf Saga automatically downloads them: www.projectaon.org/staff/guido/_lw/Don't know if things have changed in the mean time, but back when I started developping Lone Wolf Saga, it was requested that all the materials had to be hosted on projectaon and downloaded by the app. P.S.: I'm from Italy too, and you wouldn't really expect how many requests for Italian translations I received in the comments section for Lone Wolf Saga on Android... Had to specify in the FAQs that the only licensed language for all the books is English

Thanks for the comment gdv82. Now that I am translating the texts of the various sections into the original language, I am also applying improvements. For each Kai Discipline selected instead of showing the numerical value 0 or 1 I inserted a simple "Learned" for each skill learned or leaving the space empty if not chosen by the player. Each element on the left column has a different color to distinguish them. At the beginning, Experience will be equal to 5, it is an additional element that I have inserted to indicate the maximum number of kai disciplines that can be selected (in fact, it could be done without). As soon as I finish the translation, however, I will inform you immediately. Thanks a lot for the support I'm still a little undecided on whether or not to insert the number of sections for each paragraph read or to insert only the various choices as you would in a video game. P.S. I'm taking all the texts, images or anything else for the translation into the original language from the site projectaon

Good evening guys, today I went a little bit ahead with the conversion and I also created a web account. I don't understand well how you access your space on the site and how to upload any files to make the download of a future application accessible. Despite having created a web account, I still don't see my name in the list. If anyone from the forum can give me some explanation on how the procedure works, I would be grateful to you, thanks. I hope that as it turns out it is still acceptable in terms of copyright, mostly because of the time I'm dedicating to it.
There is also a sentence in the FAQ that is not clear to me:
Can I use the Project Aon edition of the books to create my software? This ---> "Otherwise, if your software doesn't contain the books directly, then you can host your software wherever you choose".
As always, thank you in advance for your help.
