I could do better with this thread, but when I was growing up, I sort of had some Star Wars, Peter Gabriel and some other tracks as my score for Lone Wolf. Anyone have anything similar? As we've aged, I can point to Lord of the Rings but I always come back to Peter Gabriel and Red Rain or any of his So songs (except Sledgehammer.)

I would play the Braveheart (James Horner) soundtrack as well as the soundtrack to Krull (James Horner) and Conan the Barbarian (Basil Poledouris) whenever I read Lone Wolf (or Shannara series or Wheel of time). Honorable mention also goes to the soundtrack to Willow (also James Horner). Star Wars was too identifiable, and too strongly linked with that universe. If you don't know the soundtracks above, do yourself a favor and find them. They are all excellent.

There IS an official soundtrack already, approved by Joe Dever, that came from the amazing Forge Reply mobile game "Joe Dever's Lone Wolf" (get it, it's hard and wonderful and you'll support the Dever family and the makers of the game). Here is a link to it: www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9kXlhDsMXhURoYqt2-0zlwHFCzolZdwIAs for general music: Passion by Peter Gabriel (most atmospheric music ever created) Low Symphony by Philip Glass (epic high adventure) Any live channel that streams free "Dark Ambient" tracks (basically super-creepy Atmospheric music) For continuous music without changing, The Ring by Wagner.

(get it, it's hard and wonderful and you'll support the Dever family and the makers of the game). Just to be clear: you will NOT support Dever's family or the makers of the game (Forge Reply) by downloading for free music that is ripped from the game since no royalties will be paid. If you really want to listen to this music and support both Forge Reply and the Dever estate, buy the game.

And by buying it, yes it supports. The link was a taster to the soundtrack.
