2 months back I did what I thought I'd never do and generated A New Order Grandmaster with A Higher CS then A E

That was cos I rolled A 9 for CS to give me CS 34 and A 1 for E to give me E of 31. Who else has it happened to and how have they coped with such A Low E or did they roll a new 1
