I'd be interested in reading most of the bonus adventures but I don't think its worth buying most of The Books just for the bonus adventures, so do you think that they will ever release the Bonus Adventures in 1 or more separate Books?. After all theirs likely tens of thousands of people, maybe more, that would be interested in reading most of the bonus adventures but can't afford to buy most of The Books when all they want is the bonus adventures

Probably not. The bonus adventures really aren't long enough to fill a full book. And you're probably overestimating the number of interested parties by... a lot. Tens of dozens is more likely. Maybe tens of hundreds.
Megara Entertain offered four Lone Wolf world books, three of which I backed. For those three Grey Star I had 228 backers. Autumn Snow 2 also had 228 backer and Grey Star II (Forbidden City) had 90 backers. Of those the only one that was actually fulfilled was Grey Star I in terms of getting an actual hardcover book as promised. For Autumn Snow II I got a .pdf which I've since printed at my own cost. For Grey Star: The Forbidden City I got sweet crap all.
If you want to read the bonus adventures, you'll have to budget stuff and save up your money. They're not going to put out special "Cheapskate" editions. Well, not for probably another ten years or so, anyway.
Joe Dever wasn't Stephen King. Holmgard Press is a tiny operation run by his son, Ben. They have to price and sell these works to make money or they won't be selling anything.

I think there are two options that should be considered for printing the bonus adventures separately. The first one would be to put 3-4 adventures together in the same book. That should give us a pretty thick book. And of course, you'll have to make quite a few volumes to get to print all the adventures.
In case this first option doesn't work, the second option I thought would be to at least put all the 5 Dire adventures in one book. Since it can be considered as one big ±500 sections adventure, I think it is feasible. Instead of repeating all the rules before each part of the story, you just have to add a few sentences such as "you can now add a new Gift (aka Discipline) for completing this part of the story", to represent the evolution of the character just as if you had played the various parts separately.

Ben has mentioned doing something with the bonus adventures a while back, but the priority was first to get books 30 - 32 out, as well as the remaining Collector's Editions. The focus then would be on the Definitive Edition's of all the books in hardback and later paperback, with the bonus adventures coming after that. I am not sure how much interest the Definitive Editions will generate but I hope they do well as the art for the cover, map and interior illustrations are likely to be superb. It does make the BAs unfortunately a rather distant possibility at the moment; maybe they could be released in an app where you can buy whichever ones take your fancy. There is quite a large variation in quality of the BAs in my opinion, with the likes of #12 Aboard the Intrepid being not worthy of republication, whereas great ones like #21 Echoes of the Moonstone deserve more readers. I would definitely buy a compilations of Dire BAs!
