A friend of mine is doing A Lone Wolf RPG that she made and she has A Problem with The Character her player made. Can you give advise?
Her problem is that her player rolled A 1d100, on A 6 to 12 her players character would start with 1 Random Magic Item that she made, on A 2 to 5 her players character would players character would start with 2 Random Magic Items that she made and on A roll of A 1 her players character would players character would start with 1D2 Random Magic Items she made and they both have A 3-in-11(10 or more on 2D6) of floating behind her players characters and if they do then they don't count against his limit on Special Items
The problem is her player fairly rolled A 1 then The 1D2 roll came up A 2, then her player fairly rolled 2 10's, which means that they float behind her players characters and if they do then they don't count against his limit on Special Items
What worse is that her player choose A Tele-Crate, which is A Magical Crate that will send anything put into it straight to The Kai Monastery, where its 100% safe but her players character can't access it till he returns their and The other is A Limitless Cash Box, which means that not only does her players character always start every adventure with the maximum it will also cover any and all costs her players character, which means that in theory she could offer bribes of a thousand gold or more but her players character would not use any of his actual gold
This means that my Friends problem isn't that her players character has ended up with 2 Magic Items that will make the campaign far too easy, its that her player has simply been lucky enough to do it fairly and didn't bend the rules even once, not to mention her player also rolled for her character stats and fairly generated a character with A Combat Skill of 25+9 or 34 and A Endurance of 30+4 or 34. What should my friend do?
