Theirs something about The Shiianti, Shasarak and The Shadakine Empire that puzzles me. What do you think?
Given the kind of person that Shasarak and The Shadakine that helped him conquer that lands that became The Shadakine Empire are I have no doubt that their was acts of murder, rape, looting, pillaging, ravaging and destruction of villages and farmlands that would be impossible to count. So why didn't Ishir stop all of that by not authorizing The Shiianti to make 1 exception
I think that the 1 of the most likely reasons why is because I estimate all of that definitely happened within the last 84 years and almost definitely happened within the last 79 years
The reason for that is in several parts
1 is that because The Day Greystar washed up on The Shores of The Isle of Lohn was The Day Shasarak was crowned ruler of The Shadakine Empire
Another part is that Book 30 says that Lone Wolf was is almost 67 years ago, which means that in Book 31 he's either almost 68 or has recently turned 68, Greystar was born the year before, which means he's either almost 69 or has recently turned 69
So as he was A Baby when Shasarak was crowned ruler of The Shadakine Empire that means that Shasarak was crowned ruler of The Shadakine Empire within the last 69 years, given the size of his Empire I'm guessing it took him roughly 8 to 10 years to conquer it and I'm also guessing that it definitely didn't take more then 15 years
Now I'll get to the main reason that I think Ishir either didn't or couldn't authorize 1 exception. To be brief The Moonstone and the reason why is that Book 31 takes places roughly between 21 and 24 years after Lone Wolf recovered it and another reason is that we don't know how long Naar had it for
This means that its possible that Naar may have had The Moonstone long enough to be able to work out how to use its powers to stop Ishir from authorizing The Shiianti to make 1 exception to the pact they'd made with her
