I've reread Book 31 and I've spotted something that may be a discreet hint about something in Book 32. What do you think?
In Book 31 if you go to Paragraph 97 you can buy A Nigumu-sa Leather Purse which lets you hold 10 Gold Coins more then your normal purse, which means it can hold 60 Gold Coins
Do you think I'm right in assuming that having the option to buy it is a hint that their may be something in Book 32 that costs between 51 and 60 Gold Coins, which means that unless you buy The Nigumu-sa Leather Purse you can't afford it?
I'm also assuming that if their is something in Book 32 that you can't buy without A Nigumu-sa Leather Purse that you can beat The Book without getting it, but having the thing that costs between 51 and 60 Gold Coins makes 1 or more parts of Book 32 easier
1 example is that shortly after starting Book 32 you are able to buy A piece of Antique Jewelery that was stolen from A fairly Wealthy Mercenary, later in The Book you meet The Mercenary and learn that he is now A powerful Mercenary Captain that leads a sizeable unit of men, if you return The piece of Antique Jewelery to him the he and his men will accompany you for a while and when you run into a large group of enemies they will fight alongside you, which will result in you automatically passing a very difficult test, otherwise you'd have to attempt the test and if you fail the test you die

On the one hand I get what you mean, because a detail like this likely isn’t in there accidentally. On the other hand, this world is on the eve of their apocalypse. I’m not sure the local economy getting another 60 crowns in one fell swoop is going to be terribly meaningful at this point.
