You know, as excited as I am about this. . . I'm going to wait until next month, and order it along with the Darklords supplement to get both with free shipping from Amazon.com.  I don't know who I'd play it with, unless I converted the current game to the Mongoose versions, but my Brotherhood Mage and two Kai Lords in the game probably won't want to give up the Disciplines/Spells they've already learned, and they'd have to learn a whole new set of rules. Plus, they'd need to borrow the book to learn it, and I want to hoard. . .um, read that for myself first. Does anyone know if there are other supplements up and coming soon? Our local game store doesn't carry Mongoose's stuff.  |

They did call the Darklands book the first supplement, and August Hahn seems to already think about other supplements 1 ... Combined with Matthew Spranges comment (on the Lone Wolf D20 Yahoo Group, message #702) that they'll revamp the Mongoose homepage and create a Lone Wolf section, that does evoke hope, doesn't it?  The only thing that looks official already seems to be a new line of Lone Wolf miniatures 2, though. Just go browsing their forum a bit, if you like. (And maybe post your own suggestions for new Lone Wolf books there? I'd really love to see an expansion book covering the Wildlands and the Maakenmire area. They always intrigued me, especially after that little teaser you get about the Wildlands during your trip through Ragadorn and Gorn Cove. The Maakenmire I'm even more interested in, not only because Joe never took us there in the books, but it is so mysterious, and this is where the Gourgaz come from. I actually sent my game group there, where they found a powerful cross-breed of half-human/half-gourgaz that were produced by women the gourgaz had captured from towns. The group decided to call them gourgonians, and they could shift from looking human with reptilian eyes to a large, bulky, scaly humanoid with a tail and claws. Nasty enemies. Anyway, I'd like to see a supplement on those places.
