I heard a while ago that there was a Neverwinter Nights campaign out there that was supposed to recreate a couple of the Lone Wolf books. Has anyone heard anything about this?

It's both. NWN is a fairly good, although far from perfect, attempt at translating 3rd edition D+D to the PC, featuring a lengthy single-player campaign plus support for online multiplayer play. You also get a toolset allowing creation of single- or multiplayer adventure modules, and there are tons already available for download (fan-made modules like the Lone Wolf ones are free but developers BioWare also offer some commercial modules). It's been out for a few years now so should be available at fairly low prices, and I'd say it's worth picking up despite rather rubbish AI and the odd glitch. If you're tempted, look out for various boxsets offering the core game along with some fairly huge expansions.

Thanks Doomy. I never played NWN before and I was not aware of the kind of game. I'll check out the two LW game up there.
