Let me know when you're happy with it, and I'll post it on my site. Since there are no graphics, it's onoly about 100kb, which is tiny compared to some of my own files that I'm hosting (20Mb+!!).

Well, I've done all I'm going to for now. It's up to the players to tell me if there's any errors that need fixing, or if it's too hard, too easy, etc.

Well, since it's a gamebook and gamebook-related, I assumed it would be easy to find in my Gamebooks section! Still, have a look round the site. It's all good. Well, no, actually, some of it's crap, but . . .

Lol, yes, it's really numpty logic to go looking in the downloads, then in the writing, then just cry, then finally go 'wait, it's a gamebook thing?' - I fully admit my slowness : )

It's funny, I can't play this as a pdf file - as with the gourgaz fight, I've had to print it out first (hence the delay in actually getting round to playing it) to give it a better feel
If there's a Aon-style .htm template I'll happily volunteer an evening at the start of next year to copy and paste the sections for the two fights into somehting playable beside the gamebooks.

Wow, thanks Beowuuf! If I recall, "The Bird" did that with my breif Silencer adventure.

No problem, I like what you've done so it's also selfish reasons to have them play nicely along-side the LW collection if I go through the books again : )

Lol, it's still sitting here : ( I've looked through a few paths at work but without, obviously, any recording of my health except 'woah, I guess I'd be dead with that many rounds of combat to that ratio'. I particularly like the 'run away' option, especially since it's tense hiding and, more importantly, you realise that if the helghast hasn't come back for you then you've left this really evil spawn alive to terrorise others (when in the book you could run away, and it would still be writhing with a spear in its chest)
Now that I've finally managed to push myself and submit a glut of pictures to dA I'm ready to properly have a go tonight or tomorrow! : )
