I'm 31, and got into Lone Wolf right at the beginning, in 1984. 20 years ago this September, I believe!

Heh, not to be rude or anything, but you discovered the series my lifetime ago to the month.

Yes, only the terrible power given to me by the Darklords has helped me sustain my wizened and ancient body.
Of course living on the Daziarn helps with the whole passage of time thing too.

I'm surprised you've lasted this long; the unity of left-hand and right-hand magic wasn't meant to be . . .

Vonotar, how did you get so far into the future? I'm 16 years old, which would put me at MS 5051, one year after the massacre of the Kai.

Oh. Well, maybe I'm in Kalte then. I can never keep track these days.

Would gladley trade my copy of Deathlord of Ixia for one of the last two! Since you've read them so many times, I'm sure you'd be glad to get ahold of blah, blah, blah. . . You've probably heard that a million times from us in the U.S., or if not, many have thought it! ;D

I read my first Lone Wolf when I was 7. Birthday 27 is coming up soon, so I've been with the series 20 years. Huzzah! I'm terribly curious to see what Mongoose does with the RPG.

I'm 26, and I first started reading them in French way back when they were first released, in 1984. The first two Lone Wolf books were among the very first game books to be published, along with the first 10-11 or so Fighting Fantasy.
What caught my eye the most at that young age were the magnificent covers, which really fuelled my imagination.
At first, I didn't read them correctly, as they had many big words for a 6-year old, but they stayed with me throughout my youth, until I discovered D&D later on, by the time I was 11-12.
