Mindshield could help you filter out the advertising we're all bombarded with every day, maybe?

That would be fun. Invisibility would be excellence for sneaking into work late!

Well, I'd completely forgotten about the psychic disciplines, as I'm wont to do in the books, as well. So now I'm changing my skill to Mindblast. Being able to smite my enemies with a thought is too cool.

Well, I do like Mindblast, not necessarily to hurt them without leaving a scar (which is always good for them pesky moider trials), but to stun people long enough for you to act and to communicate telepathically!

Did you ever think with mind over matter that we can take off their bra and have our hands somewhere else on her! Ok that it's I'm going to sleep now!

If I was still at high school I can see definite benefits to 'mind over matter', teenagehood and all...
-Runeheart lost remininising about all the ones that got away...no wait that was every-one that got away-
I was too busy with my nose in a gamebook...well? As for mindblast there is an ex-friend that should be fried...but for me healing or sixth sense (if only to be able to sense if she is telling the truth).Greater speed and dexerity would be good for sport (hunting) and linguists would also be handy- no one making fun of your accent (camouflage) I don't know it's too hard to choose five let along one! HELP...

I swear to god I feel like I'm spying on a discussion of superpowers conducted by twelve-year-olds.

Well I did start reading LW in junior high school so I think it's easy to relate it back to that time...as a 34 year old (with a wife, two kids and a mortgage) life is much easier (more simpler, fun) back then, anyway, what skill would I choose as a middle-aged father and husband..? Healing would be close to the top (kids hurting themselves and all), mindsheild would be good (but I can't protect others till high level Magna-Kai, just to protect them from life...), hunting would make grocery day cheaper (suburbia not the richest hunting ground though), after all is said and done healing is the best general option for me and my situation... My wife assures me that I don't need mind over matter, a stern 'no' is sufficent, but it would circumvent the 'keep your hands to yourself' rule. I wonder if mindblast would cure a 'headache'...

I'm just rather shocked that I'm witnessing a collection of people who are primarily older than I am talking about using telekinesis to lift up women's skirts.
As an aside, I don't even know any women who regularly wear skirts.

Heh. *I* wasn't discussing it - in fact, there are FAR more interesting things to be doing with telekinesis than perving around with it! NS.

No, NS, you're right. You've been far too busy discussing the power of hemorrhoids to chime in on a discussion about telekinetically lifting up skirts.
