Yeah this has been done but screw it, I don't wanna look up the thread this morning. I think Qinefer'd be played well by Beyonce Knowles. Qin's black, and Beyonce's hot and black, so, yeah.

I imagine it would be better to just leave Q****** out of any movie, considering she isn't the most popular character around here.

I don't care what colour she is--ANCs all deserve to die. The Legends series devolved into fanfaction so many times it's not funny.
(Besides, Halle Berry is much nicer-looking than Beyoncé.)

Hm. A cross between Halle and Beyonce.

Forgive me for my total ignorance, but what's an ANC again?

(Annoying New Character--it's the name given to a character in fanfiction who is invented by the fanfiction author, rather than being a regular member of the "cast" invented by the original author of whatever setting is being fanficced. An ANC is better than all of the original cast at everything.)

Well, out of her and Lone Wolf, he IS my favorite character.

Ah yeah, sort of like a Mary-Sue then? In other words a regular Woman Who Kicks Arse But Without Ruining Her Perfect Hairdo, the sort of character Terry Pratchett describes as requiring the author to use words like "pert" and "delicate curves", until he has to go take a cold shower and a lie-down.
Luckily I remain fairly ignorant of Q, since I never managed to get past the middle of LoLW 2 - the books just didn't feel like Lone Wolf to me, particularly with that ridiculous Sinead O'Connor lookalike running around messing everything up. What prompted him to insert a character like that into Magnamund is beyond me.

Well, as for Alyss, she is in like, book 19 or 20 of the game series....

The "Alyss" that appears in the gamebooks is merely a facsimile of the Alyss of the novels. We know this because the one in the gamebooks is actually polite to Lone Wolf, and she also--gasp--needs his help, and--Shock! Horror--thanks him.
@ Gothmog: Alyss and the Q are two utterly obnoxious examples of Mary Sue-iem, yes. (And add to that Petra, who you wouldn't have "met", since she doesn't appear until Book 6.) If you really want to, just do a forum search for Mary Sue, setting the scope to something like the past 700 days, and you'll find quite a lot about it. Ah, those were the days; where are Relenoir and the Wytch-king now? sigh

Ah, those were the days; where are Relenoir and the Wytch-king now? sighWytch-king was used as a dark sacrifice. But Relenoir I'm in occasional contact with. He left both lone wolf sites to focus on life for a time, and hasn't yet been able to make his way back. Sad, I really miss that guy.

Let's face it. There will NEVER be a Lone Wolf movie. Just like there will never be a Mystic Quest movie.
And if there is, all these actors will already be dead.
