I'd prefer a grand epic with impressive special effects and music which is generally a dark sombre drama with the doom of the world ever present, but also contains plenty of light-hearted moments that provide humor and humanize the characters.

Narrorrator (sp?) : Lone Wolf walks through the woods, sheeding his clothing as he goes. Growling like a wolf, and almost drops to all fours as he runs. Suddenly, a Sommlending family, out camping, sees him run past.
Child: Mummy. He is naked, Mummy. Mother: OH MY! Father: Avert your eyes woman! *Clocks the broad upside the head with a fist*

Cpt. D'val: Are all Kai Lords loudmouth braggarts? Lone Wolf: Nope. Just me, baby, just me. Bruce Campbell as Lone Wolf? I like that idea! "Hail to the Kai, baby!" I'd certainly see that! Seriously, though, while I'm sure most LW fans would say they want a big LOTR-style epic, that's almost certainly not what we'd get. I can imagine retrospectively this movie being made in the late 80's - early 90's as a somewhat cheap sword n' sorcery straight-to-video (Michael Dudikov?) that's not that great or faithful to the source... OR as a more recent independent (funded by Joe, likely) straight-to-dvd release with well-meaning, middle-of-the-road CGI effects, a good script, decent but mostly unknown cast, and that promises a trilogy that never comes for lack of making much money. That may sound pessimistic, but I doubt mainstream audiences and studios are ready/willing to engage LW the way long-time fans are... after all, he's part of that strange 'reading' thing kids used to have before Playstations! I suspect short of a major fan throwing a boatload of money at the idea, or LW having a MAJOR hit computer game based on it (which would then be the basis of the movie), the only way we'd sadly ever see a really big epic expensive LW movie is if someone bought the rights and made the fantasy equivalent of the 2007 Transformers movie with them. On the other hand, I can quite see LW making a very nice, stylish animated limited series.

lone wolf movie? hmm maybe like the lord of the ring, but darker. u know, 'resident evil' dark. i'm not really sure about anime (2D nor 3D)... but life-like 3D animation like Beowulf would be acceptable.

i want it to have lots of special effects
i think a lone wolf movie wont really get a lot of fan because...almost every book one (or more) of your escort die so...the audience who never read the book will hate that even though the story is epic..=little profit
movie makers like lots of profit=change story=ruining the story=great dissapointment but the movie makers get profit

Like how they revived Han Solo in Return of the Jedi to appease the fanpeople? Then again, he's my least favourite character in the original Star Wars trilogy...

Then again, he's my least favourite character in the original Star Wars trilogy... yeah something like that or maybe its gonna be like power rangers...every time they fight...every time they win..with no difficulties and no need to run around when outnumbered..hated power rangers when it turned into a stupid show for 1 year olds..
