And sixth sense. This is sorta hinted at as well.

He probably picked up Mind Over Matter at the start of gamebook 2, as he uses it when escaping from the pirates in Ragadorn.
What's the proof of him having Animal Kinship? I thought he didn't, since Grant threw in that bit with Kelman and the potion so that Lone Wolf could speak to the Noodnics. That completely fooled me when I first played Fire on the Water. I spent quite a few games trying to beat Kelman at Samor, and then a couple more trying to get into that box in his quarters.

Well, you have him rubbing down Prince Pelenor's horse and it seems to be communicating with him. Either the horse is very intelligent or Lone Wolf has Animal Kinship. It might even be both!

My memory is fuzzy about this, but I thought he picked up Healing at the start of gamebook 2/novel 3 because he conspicuously heals a wound on his forehead . . . ? Can't quite remember.

And in the scene with the fake first mate/pirates, I can't remember which discipline Lone Wolf used. I know I always use Healing NS.

That was the one. The scene where Lone Wolf demonstrates his Kai knowledge was Healing in the novel.

I like the pirate's response when you don't have ANY of the long list of disciplines.
"Maybe neither of us are who we think we are." (Or something like that.)

I go for the spirit (this is the major one, right? +3 +3) boost right away in the magnakai series. You can get it by the second book, and neither of these books requires the use of much disciplines. It's only at the jungle of horror when they really start coming in handy. Well, you can have Spirit alone by book 7 (+3/+3), or you have Fire and Solaris (+1/+5). The latter is what I do, but it's probably weaker since CS bonuses are usually worth more point-for-point than EP bonuses. And it leaves you without Spirit in book 9. You can take Fire and then work towards Spirit (attainable by book 9), but you'll have Fire alone (+1/+2) for the intervening books... clearly weaker than taking Spirit first and Fire second. Ahh... but wait. Fire also gives you Weaponmastery's +3CS in most combats, which I think may be a little more useful than Psi-surge if you had to have one or the other. Well, either way, the optimal choice for book 9 and Kimah is Fire/Spirit. (Even if you throw the dagger, you get bonuses from completing Fire, as I recall.)
