Hey all,
Ran across this site a few weeks ago and rediscovered my childhood love of all things Magnamund. I've been going through the books here and they brought up some questions about the later books. Unfortunately, my copies are stashed away in safekeeping at a distant location, so I'm hoping someone can provide some info.
First, what are the names and stats of the Kai weapons in the New Order series? Also, what are the four new disciplines? The only one I can remember off the top of my head is Bardsmanship.
As for the GM series, what were the stats on the major baddies starting with Legacy of Vashna? Assuming you have the Sommerswerd. I'm thinking in particular of Shamath, Ixiataag, and Keektag (sp?).

Sorry, a bit off topic, but what does the PSU in your name stand for?

Thanks guys! Big help. Since I've gotten back into the books I tracked down and ordered Rune War and Fall of Blood Mountain (cost a mint...) and wanted to get a jump on planning my character. I only have Voyage of the Moonstone and Trail of the Wolf from the New Order, so these will be new territory for me.
Zipp, the PSU is Penn State, my alma mater.

I knew it was a school. I was wondering if it was Portland State. Until college I used to live in Portland, and was looking for a connection.

The four new Disciplines are Bardmastery, Alchemy, Herbmastery and Elementalism.
The upgraded Disciplines are Grand Weaponmastery, Grand Huntmastery, Deliverance, Kai-screen, Kai-surge, Telegnosis, Grand Nexus, Grand Pathmastery, Kai-Alchemy, Magi-magic, Assimilance and Animal Control.
*all from memory - aren't I sad?*

Major opponent with Sommerswerd, eh? Well, in #16 you have (spoiler): Cadak with CS 50 and EP 35, and Shamath with CS 55, EP 42.In #17, you fight (more spoilers): Tagazin with CS 55 and EP 60 or 48, and Ixiataaga with CS 60 and EP 39In book #18, you fight (you guessed it, spoilers): Vaxagore with CS 56 and EP 52 (but with the right Discipline can avoid this fight altogether!), and also Prince Lutha if you go a certain way, who's CS 54 EP 39.In #19 you fight (spoilers again!): Wolf's Bane of course, who you fight at -4 regardless and EP is equal to your own unless you collect a specific item. There are probably other tough ones, but he's all I can remember. For # 20, you meet up with (last of the spoilers!) Several tough baddies, but the toughest of them that you can't get around otherwise are Zantaz and Kekataag the Avenger. Zantaz is CS 52 and EP 52, but immune to all forms of psychic attack. Kekataag is CS 60 and EP 58. I haven't finished the NO books yet, so you'll have to ask somebody else for those!

In all cases, it should be Kekataag.
