It doesn't have a snappy name yet, but you can find it on Github. It's a single self-contained file; just drop it into the directory you unpacked the Base Package to and either open the file in your browser or (better) run a local web server pointed at that directory and load it from that.
If you opened it as a file, some features will not work -- some navigation keys like pageup/down will be disabled, and it won't be able to automatically detect which book and paragraph you're on. When loaded from a browser it has full functionality.

I've tried to make good use of the wide aspect ratio common on modern displays by putting all the tools off to the right edge, minimizing overlap with the text of the book itself, and have also included hotkeys for accessing the different screens, raising/lowering health, gold, food, arrows, and generating random numbers. The combat screen also automatically calculates your total CS based on the bonuses you type in, although this doesn't extend to other parts of the UI (e.g. it won't automatically add/remove meals from your backpack as you adjust the meal counter; it's assumed that the player will be responsible and true up the backpack contents next time they open it, but this saves you having to open the inventory screen every time you eat a meal or spend some gold).
It will also autosave whenever you switch screens and (when loaded from an http server) whenever you turn the page, and lets you manually save and load to as many slots as you want. It can also import and export the save in JSON format, for moving to a different browser/computer/etc.
