I feel like this has probably been discussed a number of times, but somehow my attempts at using the Search bar is not yielding the results I wanted.
So! Do we know where the seven Doomstones are in MS 5050?
01. DS of Ikaya -> hidden in the Fortress of Ikaya; LW will either not find it, or find it and die (implying that surviving LW3 means the DS is still in the fortress, and never mentioned again)
02. DS of Herdos -> held above Zahda's throne in Kazan-Oud; destroyed at the end of LW7
03. DS of Darke -> held by Darklord Dakushna of Kagorst, mounted as part of the Nyras Scepter (MS 5050); Dakushna perishes at the end of LW12, the DS is split from the Scepter, and the DS - somehow - ends up in the Temple of Antah, where Magnaarn finds it, reunites it with the Scepter, and then gets defeated by LW at the end of LW15; Magnaarn's defeat also results in the destruction of the DS
Doomstones #4 to #7 are never mentioned or featured anywhere, unless they perhaps show up in the NO adventures in Southern Magnamund somehow (I am not that well-versed in the NO novels).
Any insights from the rest of the community? Or is this the sum total of our canon knowledge at this point in time?

Well, in the Book of the Magnakai for the very first LW RPG by Mongoose, there's the "Journey of Sun Eagle" and it tells the destruction of one of the Doomstones.
Now it is up to you to determine if you consider this as canon or not.

Yeah... I'm sorry, but that little paragraph comes across as incredibly anti-climatic and weak for something that is meant to be as powerful as a Doomstone (and yes, we all know Sun Eagle was the MVP and all that).

I'm not familiar with the RPG's lore bits, but in #7, LW just chops a Doomstone out of the air with a weapon (not necessarily the Sommerswerd). Since in both cases, the Doomstone in question was in close proximity to a Lorestone, maybe that's a sign that the Doomstones are physically vulnerable under such conditions? They are evil knockoffs of the Lorestones, after all.
In Kazan-Oud's case, it's possible that Zahda was just so much of a megalomaniac that he didn't figure anyone could, or would dare to, get within striking distance of him to endanger his treasure.

Re-reading LW7, a passage struck me: when you meet Kasin, the brother of Paido, he refers to the Doomstone held by Zahda as "drawing its power from the realm of Naaros". Is this meant to be an oblique reference to Naar, or a direct reference to Naaros in Southern Magnamund? Also, does that make this doomstone the "Doomstone of Herdos", or the "Doomstone of Naaros"?

I think that "Doomstones of Naaros" is a generic expression to designate all the Doomstones since they all come from Naaros, the capital of Agarash's Empire (just like we say "the Lorestones of Nyxator").

Oh savvy, that actually makes more sense.

I'm assuming the Doomstone of Ikaya is eventually destroyed "offscreen" during the Ice Demon invasion of Summerlund that takes place between Books 28 & 29 (in MS 5101 - quite a bit later than you are asking about).
Just feels like the Ice Barbarian leader who was said to open the Shadow Gate (in turn unleashing the Ice Demons) would have found it while messing about uncovering the secrets of Ikaya.
Or in MS 5102 when Grand Master Blazer defeated the surviving Ice Demons that had created an explosive device which they planned to use against Summerlund for revenge purposes.
Isn't explicitly mentioned though, so suppose that particular Doomstone could yet resurface.
