Hey Darth North Star, Saw the flick last night as well, methinks you are going to love it... same kind of emotions as in Empire, minor plot problems, but hey Lucas is not exactly known for his writing abilities, eh? The effects are something else! I will have to see it again just to absorb it all, the attention to detail is astounding! Al

NS, revealing his Dark Side affiliation. To go on the Dark side of the Force, do you need to have a SITH head? ;D

I stuck with the rules, because that's what is explicitly stated. Of course, thematically, he might actually be a full Grand Master, but then you could claim that he also needs a measure of experience as well as the Lorestone-granted talent. NS. So it's safe to say that Lone Wolf has to wipe out the Darklords to become a Grand Master the same way Luke needs to confront Vader to become a true Jedi Knight?

Well, that's one interpretation. After all, there's no grander "qualifying quest" than killing your daddy.
Archlord Gnaag: *I* am your father, Lone Wolf. Lone Wolf: *zzaaaappp* Whatever....

Or more true to the series...
Roark: I am your father Lone Wolf: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Lone Wolf: Lord Rimoah mentioned another Gywenion: Rimoah spoke of your twin sister Lone Wolf: Quinefer... Quinefer is my... oh god...

Other than the fact that I would write "mum", we already do Zipp. Search your feelings, young sage...

Speaking of feelings, I haven't seen Dusk Fox around lately. I hope he hasn't been turned off the forums by the incident at ToTS.
Dusk Fox, if you're out there, I hope you read the responses to your farewell at ToTS.

I've been around, but I haven't had a lot to say. I have been a bit soured, of late. That was really embarrassing.
I did read the responses, and got a lot of obligatory "You shouldn't leave" responses followed by complaints about how annoying I am. There were some really heartfelt responses, though, and I responded to most of them in PMs thanking them for standing up for me and being so understanding. Still, I don't think I'll be going back. Responses and PMs seem to have trickled off into nothing, so I figure the matter is settled at this point, and there's no need for me to lurk around waiting to see if someone else sticks up for me. That wasn't what my post was all about, anyhow--it was an apology and a goodbye, not a cry for people to rally my defense.
That being said, I am really touched that SilentStorm added my name to his sig. That was an incredibly selfless gesture, and I'm really not even sure how to respond to it.

That being said, I am really touched that SilentStorm added my name to his sig. That was an incredibly selfless gesture, and I'm really not even sure how to respond to it. By coming back! Sentiment appreciated, but weren't you the one who said I don't post as much here because you can't earn levels, so there's no tangible gain? I mean no offense by asking, but I got the impression that you had made up your mind that I was dead set on being the most powerful Commoner in Magnamund. The actual reason I don't post as much here is because every topic was marked as "read" after a while, and I lost my place. The first day I was here, I responded to nearly every topic in the first three pages of this category, and most of the topics on the last two pages. I was working my way through the entire forum. If I hadn't lost my place, I'd have over a hundred posts in my name already.
