Just to let the Project Aon staff know I have the entire Grey Star series (UK) thanks to KaiLord. KaiLord when you read this, thank you very much. The books arrived yesterday and are in excellent condition; I was very impressed. I would never hesitate to do buisness with again. Anyways, back to the subject at hand... If you guys need me to help out with the completion of these two books I will. I know you have Behind the Nightmare Gate almost done. If you want I wouldn't mind trasfering War of the Wizards into document form. In fact I would love to do it. Just let me know what to do. Ronan [Edit: There's no really matching board for this sort of threads but since it's about the Project Aon work I'm moving it to Support anyway. / Thomas]

Ah, you have them now? Then have a lot of fun defeating me- erm. Ah, you know what I mean. Love those books. The Wytch-King, who just had to react to that, though his post wasn't useful in the least ... ;D

lol, I just finished Beyond the Nightmare Gate and thought it was pretty good. Not many enemies at all really though. I had like 2 encounters throughout the entire thing. Died once. Who would have thought that that stupid lizard would kill you 'stone' dead. lol.
Ronan (Who has very low WILLPOWER at the moment and is greatly anticipating the defeat of Shasarak so he can control the land himself...I mean liberate it. Yeah...right.

If you want I wouldn't mind trasfering War of the Wizards into document form. In fact I would love to do it. Just let me know what to do. The transcription of WotW is already complete. I have a version of the book downloaded to my computer, though I have no idea where the link to the file should point on the Project Aon site. Currently, the best best for looking through the current state of the Project Aon edition of WotW is via the Editor (www.projectaon.org/Editor) until the link is clarified. (It's probably somewhere very obvious and I'm just missing it like a blind idiot. Oh well.) If you want to help out, you'll want to join the Project Aon Mailing List (the proper one here: www.freelists.org/cgi-bin/list.fcgi?list_id=projectaon and not the one currently advertised on the Project Aon website. [darn] you, Topica! I spit on your grave!) Currently WotW has been spellchecked and a few other issues have been flagged up, but no one has gone through the entire thing looking for transcription errors, missing words, issues with the rules or poorly-worded text, things like that. Rules issues are a particular problem with the Grey Star series, or so we've found on the three books we've worked on so far. Oh, and while we're on the subject of praising KaiLord, I'd like to thank him for his continued work on The Magnamund Companion! It's a shame that the release will be put off indefinitely since we can't contact the darn artists involved, but once the thing is done it'll look great! (Sorry to tease you all like that! )

Okay, I'll join the list. Just get ahold of me if you need any help. I just finished War of the Wizards. And once again I only died once. Wytch-king will love this one... I got to spend eternity with Shasarak! Come on guys, I just had to attempt to take on Agarash myself. Very good, very good books. I remember reading the english version of The Forbidden City and I must say that I enjoyed the UK versions better. Ronan, who cannot wait for the UK version of The Masters of Darkness to come in the mail.

And truly a nice end you found there ... ;D Though, of course, eternity can be really short, considering the outcome of this thread here ... (Don't know if you read it yet, but as you now cannot be Grey Star-spoilered any longer ...) Thy Wytch-King

Just curious, besides the color maps and book dimensions, what did you like better about them? I thought the GS books and LW 1-12 were identical except for those differences. . . And as far as spending an eternity with Shasarak, I know all about that!

'Course I do. ;D And every time we do, it seems to go on for an eternity. . . or until I have to leave for work. ~Relenoir, who enjoys the Wytch-King's company far more than Agarash or Grey Star ever did.

I liked the sci-fi element they seam to have about them. Especially in GS3.
