With all the Lore circle bonuses added cumulatively? If not, why not?

Yes I do. Including the last Lore Circle that I'd not completed in Masters of Darkness (invariably the Lore Circle of Light).

I used to re-roll my initial CS when I got to the GM series. But after some discussion on this board, I tried carrying over what I had after book 12, all Lore Circles included. It has worked out okay so far. Only a few battles have been challenging.

Actually, I don't remember if it was in an interview at the Kai Monastery Website with Joe Dever, or in one of the Lone Wolf Club Newsletters, but I'm sure it has been stated that you earn your final Magnakai Discipline at the end of Masters of Darkness (providing that you succeed) just as you would earn your final Kai Discipline for successfully finishing Shadow on the Sand. Any bonuses that would result in learning this Discipline would also be applied.

IMO, the only reason the CS is higher in the GM series is because if you've completed all the K and MK books then you'll already have a shedload of CS and EP bonuses, as well as the great items such as Silver Braces, Silver Helm and Kagonite Chainmail. The only reason to roll again is if you don't have access to these SIs, then fights would be... difficult.
