Doesn't Lone Wolf need to breathe?

I love it when other people prove things for me.
This is awesome. This whole conversation started with a conjecture that you could use the Firesphere as a makeshift flamethrower.

Oh, here's a burning question! I always count the 2 doses as, say, 1 backpack item for the rare instances where you find a "multi-dose" item. But what do you all think?

The text is not explicite about it. It is said that you have to note both doses on your Action Chart, but it doesn't say if it takes two spaces in your backpack. I guess that, since the pills are in a vial, you count the vial as only one item that can be "used" only twice.

I love it when other people prove things for me. Nothing has been proven though. It's still just conjecture.

So? I still love it when other people prove things for me. Yeah, but you made the remark as if something had been proven, which it hadn't. Anyways. it really doesn't matter what gas it requires, or if it requires any at all, as long as it works.

I believe that's a lesson to us all.
In any case, we'll have to try that some day. As soon as I find a Firesphere. Hey, speaking of chemistry, how do those underwater pills work again?

PROGRESS FOR KAI-TEAM-TEN
Okay, we have ventured into Kalte and it is DEADLY! So far, lost three Lords, all killed by Kalkoth. I couldn't resist looking for safer ways through Kalte, but found only DEATH.
Currently inside Ikaya with the remaining Seven - we are looking straight at a certain potion with Chaos-Lord's name right on it.
More to come!

KAI-TEAM-TEN Progress
My goal: to finish all 20 books without cheating. Completed: The Caverns of Kalte!
Kai Remaining: 7 Lost in Kalte: 3
Important Progress: Obtained for all: Silver Helm +2CS Obtained for all: Alether +4CS
House Rules: One Kai (Swift Dancer) drank a Lamspur Potion *during* combat to avoid dying. Have not needed to do this for any other Kai, so the strict interpretationalist will find the remaining 6 characters to be book-legal.
Survived: Bold Heart, Brave Star, Storm Heart, Sun Friend, Swift Blade, Wise Dancer Survived with House Rules: Swift Dancer
Best CS: Sun Friend (33) Worst CS: Swift Blade (25)
Spoilers: I lost many Kai in exploration. I knew that Ikaya could be entered by investigating the Strange Light outside of your tent which would lead to a nearly-free BlueStone Triangle and the FireSphere. Also when going this way, the Kalkoth is avoided. I was not happy, however, with the instant loss of my backpack or with the chance for instant death when jumping across ice-flows, but later I decided that this was still tame compared to having to fight a Kalkoth and I stopped taking chances with my remaining Kai. Used Sommerswerd on Akraa'Neonor rather than bothering with the Effigy... since I would fight a combat either way, I didn't bother going for a Special Item that would take up space and be otherwise useless after Book 3.

Mr Sol, there is a way to get through the Kalte Caverns without having to engage in battle with the kalkoth

Yes Zipp, I do know one good way. I was hoping to avoid the Kalkoth -and- the ice flows. This I could not manage. Is there a way?
NEW UPDATE: KAI-TEAM-TEN Progress
My goal: to finish all 20 books without cheating. Completed: The Chasm of Doom
Kai Remaining: 7 Lost in Kalte: 3
Important Progress: Obtained: Chainmail Waistcoat +4EP
House Rules: One Kai (Swift Dancer) drank a Lamspur Potion *during* combat to avoid dying. Have not needed to do this for any other Kai, so the strict interpretationalist will find the remaining 6 characters to be book-legal.
Tweaks: ***I allow myself to count all Keys as Special Items when the text does not specify. ***I allow myself to keep Weapon-Like-Special-Items in a Weapons-slot if desired. ***I allow myself unlimited Special Items until the Rule-of-Twelve appears (is this book 8?) ***I will allow Lone Wolf to do "Dual Weapons" when he becomes a Magnakai (but no "stacking" of WS with WM)... in this case, shield will grant no further bonus.
Survived: Bold Heart, Brave Star, Storm Heart, Sun Friend, Swift Blade, Wise Dancer Survived with House Rules: Swift Dancer
Best CS: Sun Friend (33) Worst CS: Swift Blade (25)
NOTES and SPOILERS: NOTES: I did little exploration. Took the straightforward paths that I always have. When in doubt, turned left. Only found 1 potion of Holy Water, but Baraaka was easy. It was tough to keep track when I had to roll Random Numbers so often - the Team of (Seven) were constantly being split up - a pain to keep track. No deaths though, so no complaints.

What were the names of the poor infortunate Kai Lords that died in Kalte?
