Unfortunately I'm not exactly a technical genius (can turn the computer on and off ;D ), but it seems that I've some problems with the action chart and my afore-mentioned screen resolution of 800x600.
When I start the chart, the screen ends with the empty bar beneath the special items at the bottom of the screen, but anything lower (Notes, Manage Equipment and CS and EP) is simply unreachable for me, as I've no way to scroll down.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Folkert

Absolutely nothing. The program window is just too big to fit in that resolution, and I haven't put in any way to scroll it or resize it down that far. Sorry! I'll repeat my call for anyone with better layout skills than I to come up with a new format. Failing that, I'll consider it next time I have a chance to work on the program. (See, the size issues basically come down to two things: I'm not much of a layout designer and I'm too slack to worry. ;D)

Many thanks for letting me know, Peregrine! I was so desperately searching for a way to scroll down or unfold the second part that I worried I might be overlooking an extremely simple method (as I usually do ). Folkert

Oops!
Forgot to say "Thank You!" for making the action chart in the first place! Sorry!

Thank you for your comments. I can see a quick'n'dirty solution to the problem, which won't change the layout, but will add scrollbars if you resize it to the point that elements are out of the window. It's not perfect, but it should make it at least usable on lower resolutions. I don't have the computer access necessary to get, edit, compile and upload the program at the moment, unfortunately. But I'll keep this in mind for when I do... *wistful sigh* Thanks again!

I love using this action chart. It works well and always matches my manual calculations. Is there one made for the GrayStar adventures? I did have to up my screen resolution to aviod the issues experienced by the thread starter.

Anyone wanting to use LWAC on a low-resolution device should look at this thread.
