I only know of a few that are not if/then type usages.

1) Mindblast and it's bretheren (Psi-Surge/Kai Surge), selectable each combat round.
2) Kai-Blast/Kai-Ray, direct damage, precludes use of 1 that combat round.
3) 20 EN Restore if EN drops below 8 in combat, useable every 100/20 days.

Am I missing any? (The +1 EN damage is an if/then also)

I beat the GM series easily. I just rolled all 9's and 0's.

Well, most of the disciplines are used when asked for by the text, but the ones that can be used without text prompting are:

1) Hunting, skips a meal (unless disallowed)
2) Healing (+1 for every section without combat, some people play that it is every section without "action," such as running away from someone or something or killing something automatically)
3) Mindblast (adds CS during combat)

Oh, you mean just ones that are not "if/thens..." that would be the ones you listed. I don't know about the new order disciplines, though. Long way from there anyways.
