Random Number picker, ohhh the suspense.

I've figured out how I want to present the random number output, I figured out a way to add a little suspense, you will understand once you look at the images. I decided to use X for 0, in honor of the riddle from hell

The background/font/colors are not set yet, but it will follow the same setup. Now when you see that first I you want an X or a V next, but if you get another I you are just hoping for one more

Then you will be glad to know you will be able to have the script process the random instantly, you only have to wait if you enjoy the suspense

And having 0 as ten is not always true. Sometimes it counts as 0
